Nothing More “Jenny” Tour

Nothing More first came onto our radar about 3 years ago when we were able to catch their show with Hinder and Buckcherry. They were such a breath of fresh air. Their style and music was refreshing and innovative. We have been lucky enough to catch their sets a handful of times since then; however, we have been patiently waiting for a headlining tour so we could see them for more than the normal 20-30 minute set time. Fast forward to May 31, 2015…we finally got our wish.  The first stop on their headlining “Jenny” Tour was in Oklahoma City, and of course we were there.  The music these guys put out is lyrically edgy, and musically fantastic.  You can’t help but love what these guys are doing.  Their music is honest, straight to the point, and doesn’t fit into the typical cookie cutter mold many of today’s bands are falling into.  They make a statement, and it is awesome!! I cannot wait to catch another show, and I will not miss them anytime they are in the area. Check them out if they are coming through your area.  You will not be disappointed.  And pick up their self titled album Nothing More. While
you’re at it, go ahead and get their first album “The Few Not Fleeting” as well.  Both albums are worth it.DSC_0248

Straight Line Stitch

I’m not much for female vocals in my rock music  I know it, people around me know it. I see a girl walk up on stage and I tend to go get a beer. Until…
Straight Line Stitch  knocked on the door, asked politely to come in and then proceeds to make themselves  at home in my “no girls allowed “club. Where have these guys been? Why haven’t I checked them out sooner? Oh yeah, my narrow scope of what Rock and Roll should be had deprived me of one of the best bands that  I have heard in awhile.
Once I put my preconceived opinions aside, I found an extremely precise, and solid metal band that pulls my emotions from the inside out. The vocals are so intense I can’t help but smile ear to ear. The band is fluid and flows as a single unit to deliver heart racing riffs and nonstop in your face metal that would open a circle pit in any venue guaranteed.
Straight Line Stitch has been around for quite some time and have many albums and ep’s under their belt, but after previewing their latest album “Transparency” set for release on June 30th I will guarantee this will be their biggest success to date it is outstanding. You can pre-Order the Transparency CD   Here.

BleachBANGS/Wilson.

The BleachBANGS Sydicate recently caught up with Chad, lead vocalist of the Detroit band “WILSON”. As I could only speculate, this was going to be a hilarious, and entertaining interview.  And what else would you expect from a band with enough balls to name their first album “Full Blast Fucekery”?  Chad was in great spirits and extremely excited to start the first date of their tour with “Nothing More”.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from their live performance, but the band came out punching at your genitals (as Chad would say) And left no doubt that this a band that is on its way to the top. If you are like me and have never heard of Wilson you are in for a treat.

These guys love what they are doing, and they do it well and leave it all out on the stage, One of the best new live performances I have seen in a very long time.

Make sure you pick up “Full Blast Fuckery” and pre-order “Right to Rise set to release June 30th at   http://wilsonisaband.com/.  And catch them out with Nothing More as well as another great band called “Red Sun Rising”.

I apologize for the wind noise throughout this interview I hope it doesn’t distract you from all the hilarity  in the recording!

BleachBANGS/Adelitas Way

Charan Norris interviews Rick frontman of the band Adelitas Way.  It’s refreshing to hear how candid Rick is about the state of the music business, and how they won’t be fooled by the record companies that have been running the music industry into the ground.  He says it is going to only get worse until someone steps up and says enough, is enough and the musicians and their art are put first and foremost. It’s perfectly clear that Adelitas Way is not in it for the money, but the true love of music and performing.
